How to create a color raster images for screen printing water base

In a previous article I have explained about the raster image. if you have not read, please click here, Well now I will explain how to create a raster image into such an article I wrote earlier.

To create a color raster images you can use graphics software is Adobe Photoshop, Well for this tutorial I used Adobe Photoshop CS6, but for those of you who only have the version below is still the same way just might be different zoom.

Okay to shorten the time we will immediately make it step by step

The first stage
Open image with Adobe Photoshop, how to right click on the image and then select Open with photoshop program, or if you are home from the program menu select File > Open and then select the image in intent.

phase Two
Choose Image > Mode > Grayscale Then will appear the message window and then click the discard. Then the picture will change to the color gray, Well now we will give the raster image

Third stage
To provide value raster Select Image > Mode select the Bitmap, bitmap settings window will appear Fill method as shown below or see image
Resolution - Output: 300 Pixel / inc
Methot - Use: Halftone Screen

Then Click Ok, then will come back to the settings window screen haftone please fill in the below method
Frequency: 30 Line / Inc
Angle: 45 degress
Shape: Round

Then click Ok

* For LPI can use a maximum of 50, for water base printing generally uses 30 LPI
* Angle 45 in use on black, for other colors I will explain in the next article
* Round Because we use a circular shape then select round

Then change back to grayscale color mode

Well now you can do the output to the screen printing process
